Refund policy

Returns must be made within 14 days for either Retribe store credit or exchange. At this time, we do not offer refunds unless the item is deemed to be faulty (malicious damage doesn't qualify as faulty) or damaged. 

Retribe credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

We do ask that the following requirements are met:

Your item must be in its original unused condition unless there is a manufacturing defect. Please ensure the items are free of pet hair or your items will be returned to you. If the items show signs of wear or are not in perfect condition, they will be returned to you. Item(s) must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way

​When returning an item(s), you're responsible for the cost of getting it back to us. We recommend using a signed-for or tracked shipping method. This helps us both keep track of your return and ensures it arrives safely.
